I’m Vishal Sethi. I redesign how work gets done.
Founder-led applied AI, built on first principles and an allergy to hype.
The thesis
AI didn’t arrive to replace people or to bolt a chatbot onto everything. It arrived and quietly changed the economics of work at the level of individual steps — the cost of generating, retrieving and synthesising collapsed; the cost of judgment did not. Most organisations are still buying tools when they should be redesigning work. That gap is what I close.
How I work
Myself, in the room, with your real work on the wall. I don’t hand this to associates and I don’t run theatre. I take workflows apart, help your people rebuild them, and hold the whole thing to a number. If it doesn’t produce measurable value, it isn’t finished.
Why the method
I built WORKSHIFT-AI because I watched capable organisations fail at AI the same five ways, over and over. The method is nine moves, in a deliberate order, each one killing one of those failures. It’s not a framework for a slide — it’s how the work actually gets done.
Start with your own work.
Describe something you actually do, and watch it come apart.
